By accessing and using Make My Plan, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this application.

Upon purchase, Make My Plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal or commercial projects, subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the application for your own projects or for client projects
• You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license, or offer the application to any third party
• You may not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the application
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the application

3. User Obligations

As a user of Make My Plan, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account
• Maintain the security of your account and password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Intellectual Property

The application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Make My Plan and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use the application does not grant you any right, title, or interest in the application or its content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Make My Plan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
